I cooked this up a couple of weeks ago. Salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper in bacon fat made the squid yummy delicious!

How do you prepare it? Is the entire body usable?

I removed the quill, the innards, the beak, the ink pouch, and the 'wings.' Also, the reddish 'skin' peeled off with the wings. Then I sliced it up into circles and just sauteed it. Fun times!
