Also this weekend, we decided to skip out on a free REM concert because it was cold, late, and a Sunday. Something tells me that when I look back over my life, it won't be a regret. Quite unlike the Cranberries and Toad the Wet Sprocket concert an hour from our house I missed in the mid-90s. Total regret.

Dude! You passed up a chance to hear the Cranberries! Total valid regret!
I think one of my big regrets was not faking a seizure in front of my class (when I was student teaching @ Tates Creek HS) when my kids thought it'd be funny to spike my tea with an assload of salt.
See, the kids knew I had seizures, and it would've been an absolutely PERFECT turnaround prank to play on them: take a drink, get a panicked look on my face, right before falling on the floor twitching. They'd've called in the ambulance and paramedics, and everything. Ah, that's my big regret... scaring the everloving pranking pants off of my sophomore English class.
Ha! I think that one might quickly have moved from the realm of 'regret' to 'regrettable,' a fairly vast difference. Last year there was someone who tried to prank a science teacher by putting a chemical that's an ingredient in laxatives in her drink. No one was amused, least of all the kid when criminal charges were mentioned.
Salt, eh? For one moment, the sophomore in me would love to see the looks on their faces when you dropped and 'seized.' So much more effective than a detention (or whatever punishment they got).
